Showcase Prep Program
This is a structured 14-week program backed by science and proven to build the three core attributes college coaches scout for:
• Throwing Velocity
• Exit Velocity
Paired with this advanced strength and conditioning model is a throwing program.
WHAT GAINS TO EXPECT ?
Before we released this program to the public, we tested it out on some athletes that followed us on Instagram.
The selection inclusion criteria included the following:
✅ Must be a baseball player
✅ Must be at least 16 years old
✅ No current limitations or injuries
✅ Must be uncommitted to a college.
✅ Must be committed to completing the entire 14 week program
Once we selected the players, we asked them to test the following three metrics:
#1 ) Exit Velocity
#2) 60 Yard Dash
#3) Pull Down Throwing Velocity
After they sent in their baseline numbers, we sent them the 14 week program. After the 14 weeks, we asked them to retest the same three metrics.
Through the poll on Instagram we were able to find 50 baseball players that met our inclusion criteria. All 50 sent in their baseline testing and were sent the 14-week program. Thirty finished the 14-week program and sent in their results.
ALL 30 INCREASED EXIT VELO, THROWING VELO AND DECREASED THEIR 60 YARD DASH!
Out of the 30, Here are their
TRIAL GAINS after the 14 week program:
.2 👉 .5 Decrease in 60 Yard DASH
3👉 8 mph GAIN in EXIT VELOCITY
4👉10 MPH GAIN in PULL DOWN VELOCITY!
➡️ Could you imagin what adding 8mph to your exit velo would do?
➡️ Could you imagin what throwing 10 MPH HARDer would do?
➡️ Could you IMAGIN what DECREASING your 60 5 tents of a second do?
