Sierra Romero - Hitting, Fielding, and Mental Coach with The 32 Approach Online Softball Training Program

SIERRA ROMERO

Romero is the first player in NCAA history to record 300 runs, 300 hits and 300 RBIs. She is the NCAA record-holder in career runs (302) and grand slams (11), and she ranks fourth all-time in career RBIs (305) and slugging percentage (.882), and eighth in home runs (82) and walks (225).
 
As a senior at Michigan, Sierra led the Wolverines with a .451 batting average, 76 runs scored, 73 hits, 19 home runs and 79 RBIs. 

She was named the USA Softball collegiate player of the year and the NFCA Division I player of the year. She was also the Big Ten player of the year as well as a consensus first-team all-American and All-Big Ten first-team selection at second base. Sierra's senior season led to her being selected No. 2 overall by the Pride in the 2016 NPF Draft.

Thomas Summers is the founder and owner of Summers Method Performance. Summers holds a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology with a focus in Biomechanics.

What Age Group Is This Academy For?
The 32 Approach Softball Academy is suitable for the Elite Pro and can be scaled down to young girls of all ages! EVERY AGED SOFTBALL PLAYER WILL BENEFIT FROM THIS PROGRAM!
Will I Need Weight Room Access?
To complete the Strength and Conditioning Portion of the academy, weight room access is encouraged. However, most of the exercises can be scaled down to bodyweight. To get the most GAINS from this program we highly recommend access to a gym. 
Is The APP Easy to Navigate?
The APP Is User friendly with video breakdowns of each exercise. Every workout will automatically pop up on your calendar so you know exactly what to do and when to do it.
