Now, for the first time ever, we’re opening our doors to a younger crowd. Why? Because the best athletes don’t wait until high school to start training. The earlier you begin learning proper movement, technique, and strength fundamentals, the bigger the payoff down the line.

What Your Child Will Experience:

• Full Force Plate Movement Screening: A foundational assessment to identify strengths and weaknesses

• Introductory Training Course: Learn how to squat, hinge, sprint, and move like an elite athlete—in a safe, structured environment

• Hands-On Coaching: Our expert staff will guide each participant with personalized feedback

​• Education + Fun: Expect 2-3 hours of instruction, drills, and practical training that empower your child with lifelong athletic skills

Camp Itinerary

Camp Date: March 16th 2025

8:30 AM – Check-in & Registration
• Athletes arrive, check in, and receive camp materials.

9:00 AM – Welcome & Presentation
• Introduction to the day’s schedule, training philosophy, and performance goals.

9:30 AM – Dynamic Warm-Up & Movement Prep
• Full-body activation to prepare for testing and training.

10:00 AM – Performance Metrics Testing
• Assessments to track speed, agility, strength, and explosiveness.

10:30 AM – Strength & Conditioning Session
• Hands-on training focused on improving athletic performance, injury prevention, and proper movement mechanics.

12:00 PM – Athlete Pick-Up & Closing Remarks
• Recap of the session and next steps for continued development.
