SummersMethod Performance ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

  • Contact & account info — name, email, phone, and login credentials when you purchase, subscribe, or enter a promotion.
  • Athlete profile — position, level of play, date of birth (used for age verification and level-appropriate programming), and training details you provide.
  • Photos & testimonials — before/after photos and written comments you choose to submit.
  • Payment information — processed entirely by our checkout provider (SamCart) and its payment processors; we never see or store your card number.
  • Usage data — site analytics, device information, and advertising interactions collected via cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta pixel and conversion tracking.

2. How We Use It

  • Delivering the programs, subscriptions, and services you purchase.
  • Transactional communication — receipts, access details, account notices.
  • Marketing email and SMS, only with your consent — reply STOP to any SMS or use the unsubscribe link in any email to opt out at any time.
  • Administering giveaways and promotions you enter, per their official rules.
  • Measuring and improving our site, programs, and advertising.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — payment processing (SamCart), data storage, email/SMS delivery, app infrastructure, and advertising/analytics partners (such as Meta for ad measurement) — each bound to use it only to provide their service, and where required by law.

4. Photos & Testimonials

Photos and testimonials you submit may be used in our marketing with attribution limited to your first name and last initial unless you agree otherwise. To request removal of a photo or testimonial from our marketing, email support@summersmethod.com.

5. Minors

Our services are used by youth athletes with parent or guardian involvement. We collect information about athletes under 18 only with parental consent — under-18 promotion entries require parent/guardian contact information and authorization. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent; parents may review, correct, or request deletion of their child's information at any time by contacting us.

6. Retention & Security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing at any time. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
