We focus on learning movement.

Because real speed and performance doesn’t come from random drills online—it comes from mastering the fundamentals before bad habits form.

This program is designed to give your 10–13 year old the foundation that transfers to the field:
faster sprint speed, quicker first steps, better change of direction, and more confidence moving under control.

This is a 3-day-per-week youth performance program inside our Summers Method facility in Clearwater where your son or daughter will be introduced to baseball/softball strength & conditioning the right way—without rushing into heavy weights.

We teach athletes how to:

  • Squat, Hinge, Lunge
  • Sprint, Jump, Decelerate
  • Change direction safely
  • Build body control and coordination
  • Learn and refine athletic movement patterns
