What You Get

Three phases. One outcome.

Baseball Mass Gainer isn't a generic bulk program — it's a baseball-specific mass build that respects the athletic qualities you can't afford to lose.

01 · Foundation

Build the base.

Weeks 1–4 lay down the movement quality, joint stability, and eccentric strength foundation that lets the heavy work later actually stick.

02 · Load

Hypertrophy that transfers.

Weeks 5–10 drive lean mass through volume + progressive loading — programmed so your rotational power and sprint speed stay intact.

03 · Convert

Turn size into power.

Weeks 11–14 convert the new mass into on-field power. Explosive lifting, sprint work, and rotational strength patterns tie it all together.

Who This Is For

Is Mass Gainer right for you?

Built for you if:

  • You're a baseball player who needs to add 10–20+ lbs of quality mass
  • You've been "underweight" for your position (especially pitchers + power hitters)
  • You've tried bulking before and lost your speed / mobility
  • You have access to a full gym (or well-equipped home setup)
  • You're 15+ and past the youth-development phase
14-Week Breakdown

How the program actually runs.

Weeks 1–4

Foundation Phase

4 sessions/week. 60–75 min. Movement quality, unilateral strength, eccentric loading, mobility work built in. Sets the table for the volume ahead.

Weeks 5–10

Hypertrophy Phase

4 sessions/week. 70–90 min. Higher volume, progressive overload, compound emphasis. This is where the size gets added — programmed to preserve rotational power.

Weeks 11–14

Power Conversion

4 sessions/week. 60–75 min. Speed-strength, contrast work, medball throws, sprints. Convert the mass into on-field explosiveness.

FAQ

Common questions.

How much weight will I actually gain?

Most athletes who commit to the full 14 weeks and dial in nutrition gain 10–20+ pounds of primarily lean mass. Individual results vary based on starting body composition, diet consistency, sleep, and genetics.

What equipment do I need?

Full gym or well-equipped home setup: barbells, dumbbells (up to at least 70 lb pairs), squat rack, bench, and access to cable/machine work. A power rack + landmine attachment covers 95% of what's programmed.

Can I run this in-season?

No. Mass Gainer is an off-season / winter program. Running it in-season will drain your recovery and hurt on-field performance. For in-season maintenance, look at the SummersMethod+ subscription (year-round programming that switches phases with your calendar).

Is nutrition included?

Yes. A baseline eating framework and calorie/protein targets are included. It's not a custom meal plan — but it's enough structure that you'll know exactly what you need to hit each day to actually gain mass.

How is this different from the SummersMethod+ subscription?

Baseball Mass Gainer is a fixed 14-week program with one outcome — add mass without losing athleticism. SummersMethod+ is year-round programming that adapts to your season (in-season maintenance, off-season power, fall ball prep, etc.). If you want a specific 14-week outcome, buy this program. If you want ongoing programming that follows your entire baseball calendar, join SM+.

Do I get lifetime access?

Yes. One-time purchase, no subscription. The program and all associated resources are yours to keep and re-run whenever you want.
