What You Get

Three phases. One outcome.

Elite Exit Velocity isn't a generic strength program — it's a rotational power system. Every session targets the movements and adaptations that actually move EV.

01 · Base

Rotational foundation.

Weeks 1–4 lock in hip / torso separation, ground-force patterns, and the base strength that makes heavy rotational output possible.

02 · Load

Power build.

Weeks 5–10 stack heavy compound lifts, rotational strength, med-ball systems, and contrast work. The absolute-output phase.

03 · Transfer

EV conversion.

Weeks 11–14 convert raw power into bat-speed and exit-velo output. Overload / underload swings, high-CNS work, testing protocols.

Who This Is For

Is EEV right for you?

Built for you if:

  • You're a hitter and your exit velo is stalled or short of what recruiters want
  • You've plateaued on general S&C and need something rotational-specific
  • You're 15+ and past the youth-development window
  • You have gym access + a place to swing / throw med balls
  • You want a specific outcome (add mph to EV), not general training
14-Week Breakdown

How the program actually runs.

Weeks 1–4

Base Phase

3–4 sessions/week. 60–75 min. Rotational patterns, ground-force basics, unilateral strength. The prep work no one wants to do — but has to.

Weeks 5–10

Load Phase

4 sessions/week. 75–90 min. Heavy compounds, med-ball systems, contrast work. This is where raw output climbs.

Weeks 11–14

Transfer Phase

4 sessions/week. 60–75 min. Overload / underload bat work, high-CNS lifting, EV testing. Convert strength into swing.

FAQ

Common questions.

How much EV will I add?

Most athletes who commit to the full 14 weeks and hit swings alongside the S&C add 3–8 mph to their peak EV. Individual results vary based on starting strength, movement quality, and swing mechanics.

Do I need a bat-speed / EV measurement tool?

Recommended — anything from a Blast Motion sensor to a pocket radar. If you don't have one, you can still use EV numbers off the tee (HitTrax, Rapsodo, or a cage with radar).

What equipment do I need?

Gym access with barbells + dumbbells + rack + cables. Plus med balls (6, 8, 10 lb) and a place to throw them into a wall or open space.

Do I need to swing during the program?

Yes — this is programmed to run alongside your regular hitting work. It's not a replacement for swings, it's the S&C stack that unlocks them.

Can I run this in-season?

Not recommended for peak in-season output. Best run in the off-season, fall ball wind-down, or winter block. Full recovery needed for the heavy weeks.

How is this different from Mass Gainer?

Mass Gainer adds bodyweight and general strength. EEV is rotational-specific — every session targets the movements that move exit velo. Different goal, different program.
